War is a terrible event that affects everyone, but it is especially hard on children. In a war, many children lose their homes, schools, and even their families. Some have to leave their country and become refugees, living in camps without proper food, water or safety. Instead of playing and learning, they live in fear and sadness. Loud noises, destruction and the absence of loved ones make them anxious and afraid.

Every child deserves a peaceful life, filled with love, safety and education. War destroys their dreams. That is why it is important for countries to work together for peace and protect children from the horrors of war. When we protect children, we protect the future of the world.
